• ​A deposit equivalent to 35% of the total accommodation is required within 7 days of confirmation for individuals (FIT’s) and within 14 days of confirmation 20% is required for a group to secure a reservation.
• For reservations less than 30 days prior to arrival for individuals and groups, full pre-payment is required.

• Children between 0 and 2 years old are accommodated on a complimentary basis, children from the ages of 3 years to 11 years old are accommodated at 50% of the adult tariff, sharing a family room with adults and children 12 years and older are considered adults and pay the applicable tariff.

All Seasons:

• Cancellations 0 to 30 days prior to arrival 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations 31 to 42 days prior to arrival 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations 43 + days prior to arrival 10% cancellation fee.
• No-show bookings will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• Early departures will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

All cancellation fees are calculated based on total room charge. Should travel not be possible due to any COVID19 related cause or government restrictions we will allow deferral of travel for 12 months within the corresponding season.
