• Children 0 to 2 years will be accommodated free of charge.
• Children 3 to 12 years and 13 to 17 years will be charged the applicable child rate/s respectively.
• The chalets can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12 years on a sleeper couch.
• The chalets can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child ages 13 to 17 years on sleeper coach.

• Cancellations 0 to 14 days prior to arrival 100% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations 15 to 30 days prior to arrival 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations 31 to 60 days prior to arrival 20% cancellation fee.
• No-show bookings will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• Early departures will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

All cancellation fees are calculated based on total room charge. Should travel not be possible due to any COVID19 related cause or government restrictions we will allow deferral of travel for 12 months within the corresponding season.
