• The balance of the payment must be received no later than 14 days prior to travel, bookings made 14 days before arrival will require full pre-payment upon confirmation

Children 0 - 7 years are not permitted at Kwafubesi and children 8 - 18 years are charged the full adult rate.

All Seasons

• Cancellations 0 to 13 days prior to arrival 100% cancellation fees.
• Peak Season: Cancellations 0 to 30 days prior to arrival 100% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations 31 to 60 days prior to arrival 50% cancellation fee.
• No-show bookings will incur a 100% cancellation fee. 

Early departures will incur a 100% cancellation fee. All cancellation fees are calculated based on total room charge.

Should travel not be possible due to any COVID19 related cause or government restrictions we will allow deferral of travel for 12 months within the corresponding season.
