• The balance of the payment must be received no later than 21 days prior to travel, bookings made 14 days before arrival will require full pre-payment upon confirmation

Children under 6 years stay free of charge and children 6 to 11 are charged the applicable child rate.

All Seasons

• Cancellations 0 to 30 days prior to arrival 100% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations 31 to 60 days prior to arrival 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations 0 to 89 days prior to arrival 100% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations 90 to 179 days prior to arrival 50% cancellation fee. No-show bookings will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• Early departures will incur a 100% cancellation fee. 

 

All cancellation fees are calculated based on total room charge

 Should travel not be possible due to any COVID19 related cause or government restrictions we will allow deferral of travel for 12 months within the corresponding season.
