• ​​Upon confirmation of the booking a 50% deposit is required if booking 31 days or more prior to arrival
• Balance of payment is due or full pre - payment if travel is 30 days or less from booking date

• Children 0 to 5 years stay free of charge
• 2 children 6 to 18 years are charged a child rate when sharing with 2 paying adults and maximum 4 guests in the room

All Seasons

• Cancellations 0 to 30 days prior to arrival 100% cancellation fee.
•  Cancellations 31 to 60 days prior to arrival 50% cancellation fee.

Peak Season:

• Cancellations 0 to 89 days prior to arrival 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations 90 to 179 days prior to arrival 50% cancellation fee. No-show bookings will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• Early departures will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• All cancellation fees are calculated based on total room charge. Should travel not be possible due to any COVID19 related cause or government restrictions we will allow deferral of travel for 12 months within the corresponding season.
