Dear travellers,

Our hearts and thoughts go out to all who have been impacted by this unprecedented pandemic and we want you to know that the wellbeing of our guests and our team is  first priority. 

If you have a booked trip prior to the pandemic, please rest assured that you automatically qualify for a full value date transfer of your trip to use for travel before 31 July 2021.

You are eligible to either:

- Rebook now and change your travel dates or destination to any trip departing up until 31 July 2021 without any penalty, reduced monthly payments may be arranged. Alternatively, you may arrange to have your monthly payments suspended and only start paying from 30 September 2020.

. Any concessions  applied to your original booking will be transferred and applied to your new booking.*

- Deposits are non-refundable and you may apply for a refund on any additional funds paid towards your booking. A portion of your non-refundable deposit, paid to a 3rd party service provider, may be refunded at the sole discretion of the 3rd party. 

We are doing our best to stay updated with the latest developments and this sudden change has impacted our already stretched service levels. We do apologize for any inconvenience caused.
