MTN BUSHFIRE FESTIVAL - How will you bring your fire?

It`s the year 2020 and the 14th edition of one of the most exciting festivals on the African continent – it will be our our 7th year in attendance!!!


With festival grounds overlooking the lush Malkerns Valley and a vibrant atmosphere, the MTN Bushfire Festival is one of the most exhilarating experiences…

First time festival goers this one is for you:

WHAT TO BRING?

• A sleeping bag

• A cosy but a not too big blanky (if necessary)

• A pillow

• Tripod OR Camping chair

• Snacks for the road and the duration of the festival (this can be purchased on the road and in Swaziland at our last stop.

**Last but not least, a good attitude, a fun spirit, mutual respect and patience, as this is a group travel experience**

DO I NEED CASH?

Y es, but no need to exchange as all vendors accept South African Rand and Swazi Lilangeni exchange rate is 1 to 1 to the South African Rand.

The festival now offer a “Cashless” service.

CAN I CHARGE MY PHONE?

A Charging Station is available at the Main Campsite (a fee applies)

SHOULD A PACK SNACK AND BEVERAGES?

It is advisable to pack sufficient snacks and drinks as Let’s Get Lost SA will unfortunately not provide transportation to and from the Festival after arrival.

WHAT NOT TO BRING!!

The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to the festival site at any time. Any bags brought into the event WILL be searched upon entry.

The following items are prohibited and will not be allowed into the venue:

Weapons, explosives, firearms, glass bottles, aluminium cans, hazardous and breakable materials.

Fireworks, lasers, flashlights and anything else that can interfere with the artists.·


No illegal drugs of any kind allowed in the festival or campsites.

You may be prosecuted.


No drinking of alcohol outside the festival entrance or in the parking lot.

You may be prosecuted.
