• A 25% deposit 14 days from date of booking to guarantee reservation. 30 Days from date of arrival, final rooming list and balance of payment. All bookings made within 25 days prior to arrival, full payment is required within 24 hours.
• Same day bookings, immediate payment is required.

• Children under 6 years stay and eat for free of charge when sharing with adults. Children 7 – 12 years pay 50% of the adult sharing rate, when sharing with 2 full paying adults.
• Children over 12 pay the per person (adult) sharing rate.

All Seasons

• Cancellations 0 to 14 days prior to arrival 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations 15 to 29 days prior to arrival 80% cancellation fee. Cancellations 30 to 45 days prior to arrival 25% cancellation fee.
• No-show bookings will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• Early departures will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• All cancellation fees are calculated based on total room charge. Should travel not be possible due to any COVID19 related cause or government restrictions we will allow deferral of travel for 12 months within the corresponding season.
