• For short notice bookings (for arrival within 48 hours) immediate payment is required.
• For other reservations The Springbok Lodge requires a 50% deposit to be paid within 14 days of the booking being confirmed, the balance is due 28 days before arrival date at The Springbok Lodge.
• The reservation shall not be confirmed until payment is made in full.

• Please be advised that we are now taking children from age 12 months on game drives – at this stage however guests will be required to provide their own car chair for their little one/s.
• 2 Children may share a room with 2 paying parents and are charged a child rate.

All Seasons:

• Cancellations 0 to 14 days prior to arrival 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations 14 to 30 days prior to arrival 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations 31 + days prior to arrival 10% cancellation fee.
• No-show bookings will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• Early departures will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• All cancellation fees are calculated based on total room charge. Should travel not be possible due to any COVID19 related cause or government restrictions we will allow deferral of travel for 12 months within the corresponding season.
