• A 30% deposit 14 days from date of booking to guarantee reservation.
• All bookings must be paid for 30 days prior to the guests’ arrival date. Reservation shall be subject to cancellation in the event prepayment is not received as contracted. 

Package price is advertised on a per person sharing rate

• Children under the age of 16 years are not permitted at Tambuti Lodge. Children 16 years and older will need to be accommodated in their own room at the applicable adult rates (single supplement applies).

All Seasons

• Cancellations 0 to 7 days prior to arrival 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations 8 to 14 days prior to arrival 75% cancellation fee. Cancellations 15 to 30 days prior to arrival 50% cancellation fee.
• No-show bookings will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• Early departures will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• All cancellation fees are calculated based on total room charge. Should travel not be possible due to any COVID19 related cause or government restrictions we will allow deferral of travel for 12 months within the corresponding season.
