• 50% Deposit is required immediately on receipt of an invoice to secure your reservation. Failure to do this will result in bookings being automatically released for resell, unless otherwise arranged with the lodge. Once the booking is confirmed and deposits paid, our standard cancellation policy will apply as per the below stipulated periods.
• Balance payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date. 
• All bookings made within 30days will require 100% immediate payment to secure.
• All refunds incur a non negotiable administration fee.*

Infant from 0 - 3 years are accommodated free of charge and a baby cot is available on request -Maximum guest in the room is 2.

 

All Seasons:

• Cancellations 0 to 14 days prior to arrival 100% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations 15 to 30 days prior to arrival 75% cancellation fee.
• No-show bookings will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• Early departures will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• All cancellation fees are calculated based on total room charge.
