Thai food is an international favorite, at Suuko you can learn how to make world-famous Thai dishes from scratch with an emphasis on herbal properties of the dishes to boost body and immunity balance. The Thai cooking class is held open air so guests can enjoy all that our beautiful natural scenery has to offer here at Suuko.
Learn the skills of Thai cooking, with an emphasis on understanding of herbs and how to make your own curry pastes.
*2 guests per one cooking station (so you have time to make your own curry paste!).

Menu A - Clear soup with mixed seafood and seaweed + Red curry with chicken (Gaeng phed gai)
Menu B - Spicy chicken soup with coconut milk and herbs (Tom kha gai) + Chicken Thai-basil stir-fry (Pad Ka Prao Gai)
Menu C - Clear soup with shrimps and bean curd + Pha-naeng curry with pork (Pha naeng moo)
Menu D - Spicy prawn soup with lemongrass (Tom yum gung) + Massaman curry with chicken
Menu E - Spicy prawn soup with coconut milk and herbs (Tom kha koong) + Green curry with chicken (Gaeng Keow Wan Gai)- Welcome drink & drinking water + steamed rice + ingredients, recipes & menus, apron and chef's hat for use during class, a 'Thai Culinary Arts' certificate + picture taking around the resort.
